M.Sc. Gonnermann Jana
M.Sc. Jana Gonnermann is a research associate at the Chair of Business Informatics, Processes and Systems. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Psychology at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Her research interests are in Human-System Interaction, including trust, acceptance, and performance in human-system collaboration. Together with business and science project partners, she investigates how systems must be designed so that people enjoy working and learning with them.
In her PhD project, Jana focuses on the influence of cognitive factors in using and designing augmented reality technologies and assistance systems. In doing so, Jana mainly uses experimental research approaches and methods in prototype evaluation and user experience.
In addition, Jana Gonnermann is part of the research group "Education for the digital world" at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society. She transfers her research topics also through consulting activities on the design and implementation of organizational change management.
